I preached today at Rondebosch United Church. Rev. Steiner is on vacation with his family in Germany. While I've preached hundreds of times now, this was a particularly difficult one and I realize what a difference it makes to know the community to which you are preaching. I tossed and turned the night before. The sermon, entitled "A Brazen Faith," reflects upon the David and Goliath story from I Samuel 17.
